You did it! You reached the end of this training!! You should
be well on your way if not already a Diamond Coach!! I hope that this training
has taught you about leadership and how to embrace that role. Stepping up into
the leadership role can be scary, but so rewarding.

congratulations! Your next milestone is to become a Star Diamond! What’s that!?
Well that’s where you are going to put all your leadership skills to good use
and to help develop other diamonds like you.
Leadership is a journey that starts where you are, not where
you want to be. Focus on the here and now. Focus on helping others to succeed.
Set up weekly calls with your team, devote your time to your coaches.
Leadership is action not position. Take pride in the fact
that you are now leading a team. Step up and be the leader that they deserve.
Set your team up for success and you will be successful as well.
Today I want you to evaluate where you are with your current
goals. Message your upline letting them know where you are at. If you haven’t
reached Diamond yet what are you going to do to get there? If you haven’t set
an exact date for your next rank advancement do it!!
I also want you to know that you ARE a leader. You possess
great qualities that your team members need. Embrace your leadership role, and
shine! You got this! Go out there and
shine bright like a diamond.
